We know that your time is critical and you can be assured that your calls through to the N3 Mobile Health Worker service desk will be answered promptly. The N3 Mobile Health Worker help desk answered 602 call in August, 96 per cent of calls were answered within 30 seconds.
77 percent of all incidents were resolved at first point of contact and if the Mobile Health Worker helpdesk couldn't resolve the issue there and then all remaining incidents were escalated to the relevant third party within 30 minutes. Read more ....
