N3 Voice Services versus costly 08 numbers (Nov 2008)

Derek Hodgson, head of telecommunications for the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, recently published an article on e-Health Insider about the use of income generating numbers used by NHS Trusts. Within this message, he highlighted the benefits of N3 Voice Services in allowing Trusts to call each other for free, either for a small start-up fee or flat monthly fee for a managed service, producing considerable cost savings. In addition N3 is providing Trusts with a resilient network that assures them they will be able to continue to communicate with NHS sites if there is any disruption to the network as a result of a terrorist attack or natural disaster.
