N3 Voice Services Hosted Platform Upgrade 25th-26th June (Jun 2011)
As part of our Supplier's ongoing commitment to enhance the services offered to N3, the next in the series of maintenance releases are currently being planned to the hosted platform to further improve the N3 Voice service.
On the weekend of 25th-26th June our Supplier will be upgrading the Call Manager components within the Hosted Voice Platform (H-ucs) platform, involving pre-implementation tasks overnight on the Saturday, followed by pre upgrade management checks and the upgrade itself on Sunday 26th June. As part of our Supplier's ongoing commitment to enhance the services offered to N3, a series of maintenance releases are currently being planned to the hosted platform to improve the N3 Voice service.
On the 13th June our Supplier will be upgrading the Voice Mail (Movius) components within the Hosted Voice Platform (H-ucs) platform.
Note : This is a rescheduling of the upgrade to Voice Mail that- was previously planned for 6th June. The upgrade to the Self Service tools completed to plan over the same weekend. Read more ....
