Latest N3 user survey results - wave 15 (Feb 2012)
In this latest wave 162 N3 users were surveyed through a combination of telephone and face-to-face interviews during September and October 2011. The N3SP customer satisfaction ‘Dissatisfaction Service Measure' (DSM) score for Wave 15 was recorded 7.7 per cent. That's a 0.1 per cent increase on the previous wave which remains at historically low levels for N3SP. Read more ....
