It is important to note that these changes implemented within the second global update of QoS will not cover local applications, VOIP or Multimedia Should you wish to specifically QoS enable any of these applications - please contact the N3 Helpdesk(0800 085 0503 option 3) for further detail on the process. However before making such a call please study the information above to ensure the application in question has not already been QoS mapped.
