VPN platform - Notification of Service Disruption

N3SP are implementing a change to the VPN platform which will cause a service disruption to users that are connected to their N3 VPN token.  The change will cause the VPN token to disconnect, however users will be able to immediately reconnect – so the outage time is expected to be less than a minute. 

There will be 2 occurrences, the first between 9th February 20:00 – 21:00 and the second on the following evening 10th February 20:00 – 21:00

If you have any difficulties reconnecting, please contact the service desk in the normal way on 0800 0850503 option 1.
