The N3 contract

The N3 contract – delivering secure data, voice and video conferencing services, ends on 31st March 2017; and will be succeeded by the Health and Social Care Network (HSCN). To support the transition of services and migration of customers from N3 to HSCN, HSCIC has undertaken a review of the N3 Catalogue with a view to limiting the term of new orders placed to a one year duration. This limited term duration will take effect from the 1st May 2016 for the following services:

  • Standard Reference Connections;
  • Bespoke Services;

Note: N3 COIN’s are not included in this change.
